Product Manager Industrial Solutions (f/m/d)

In cross-functional agile Teams, cloud software engineers, designers and business-oriented experts contribute everything we need for professional industrial solutions. And by doing that, we're building up a new product-focused business for MHP.

The following tasks are waiting for you: 

• As a Product Manager you are responsible for building up a product portfolio by translating customer demands into product visions, calculate business cases and build product strategies with Product Owners
• You work in a matrix function over several agile and cross-functional product teams
• You are responsible for the success of products over the whole product lifecycle from research, business case creation, concepts, development, roll out, sales, etc
• You are the representative for the product in the whole organization as well as in front of customers
• You support sales with product and domain know-how

To be prepared for your journey as a Product Manager, you should bring the following qualifications with you:   

• Completed Studies
• Passion for creating digital products and extending customer value
• Expertise and know-how of manufacturing processes or experience in the active role as a Product Manager in product teams
• Your working method is characterized by successfully working in cross-functional development teams, a continuing process of education and the motivation to share and transfer your knowledge to the team
  
  

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always at the beginning of a month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 30 vacation days
• Employment contract: indefinite
• Line of work: product development
• Language skills: business fluent in English and also German (C1 or native)
• Other: a valid work permit; if needed, we can apply for the work permit as part of our recruiting process. The process takes time and has an impact on the start date
