Management Consultant with German - Senior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Supports the ramp-up and structuring of the transformation program, ensuring robust project governance and transparent reporting.
• Coordinates program planning, milestone tracking, and risk management across all streams and stakeholders.
• Facilitates alignment between program objectives and organizational priorities, enabling effective decision-making.
• Prepares and maintains program documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and steering committees.
• Moderates project meetings, manages action items, and ensures timely follow-up on critical issues.

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English and German
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit

• Significant experience in project management office functions within large-scale transformation programs.
• Skilled in project governance, milestone tracking, and risk management methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and reporting dashboards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and streams
