SAP QM - Junior Consultant/Consultant (f/m/d)

• Provide application support for SAP QM processes, including incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of user-reported issues.
• Investigate and analyze system errors, identify root causes, and propose solutions in collaboration with functional consultants and developers.
• Support the maintenance and optimization of SAP QM configurations, ensuring system stability and alignment with business quality processes.
• Work with a custom SAP add-on developed by the company, assisting in issue resolution, testing, and documentation of enhancements or fixes.
• Collaborate with business users and key stakeholders to understand issues, provide guidance, and ensure smooth system usage.
• Participate in testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing) for fixes, improvements, and system updates.
• Document solutions, processes, and known issues, contributing to internal knowledge bases and support documentation.

• Basic knowledge of SAP Quality Management (QM) processes, including quality planning, quality inspection, and quality notifications
• Understanding of inspection lot processing, inspection types, and usage decisions
• Familiarity with quality notifications and defect management
• Basic knowledge of QM master data, such as inspection plans, material specifications, and quality info records
• Understanding of integration between SAP QM and other modules, especially PP (Production Planning) and MM (Materials Management)
• Experience or exposure to SAP ticketing/support processes (incident analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution)
• Basic understanding of SAP configuration concepts in QM
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP QM solutions
• Experience with testing activities (unit testing, integration testing, and UAT) considered an advantage
• Good documentation skills for incidents, solutions, and process improvements
• Fluent English for working in an international SAP support environment
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field is an advantage

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
