Technical Lead BW/4HANA - Senior Consultant/Manager (f/m/d/)

• Act as the Technical Lead, guiding technical solutions and initiatives
• Translate business requirements into conceptual solutions and actionable plans
• Analyze data to propose technical improvements and optimizations to business stakeholders and the Workstream Lead
• Maintain and prioritize the development team’s task backlog
• Opportunity to step into the Workstream Lead role when required
• Lead the backend development team and provide technical guidance and support
• Act as GDM, ensuring quality assurance for developments delivered by MHP GD colleagues

• Minimum of 5 years of extensive experience with BW4/HANA 
• Proficient in SQL Script, capable of handling medium to complex AMDP routines 
• Strong understanding of BW authorizations, including analysis authorizations 
• Solid ABAP knowledge, including customer exits and hierarchies, at a medium level 
• Nice to have experience with SAC reporting 
• Nice to have knowledge of S/4HANA, particularly CDS Views

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English; German is nice to have
• Flexibility & willingness to travel if needed
• Other: a valid work permit
