PMO with German - Junior/Consultant (f/m/d)

• Proactive consulting and close collaboration with the department head (direct customer counterpart), working in coordination with the existing PMO team to actively advance strategic and operational topics.
• Independent development and creative design of PowerPoint presentations for diverse target audiences—from operational teams to board-level stakeholders—ensuring strong storytelling and impactful visualizations.
• Effective initiation, coordination, and facilitation of workshops and thematic alignment meetings with key stakeholders, including preparation, focused discussions, and result-oriented documentation.
• Early identification and structured presentation of relevant IT developments and project milestones to support informed decision-making within the customer department.
• Autonomous leadership and facilitation of meetings (e.g., status meetings), with a strong focus on goal achievement, efficiency, and effective decision-making.
• Proactive enhancement and ongoing maintenance of Confluence pages and Jira tickets to ensure transparency, traceability, and continuous improvement.

• 1–3 years experience in IT service, project coordination, or consulting (or strong graduate profile)
• PMO Frameworks & Governance: implement PMO structures, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, SAFe)
• Advanced Reporting & Analytics: use Power BI and Excel to generate insights for clients
• Financial & Risk Management: assist with project budget tracking
• Process Improvement & Compliance: optimize project workflows ensuring adherence to industry regulations (e.g., ISO, PMI standards)
• Good German communication skills
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work with international teams
• Structured, proactive and customer-oriented mindset
• Communication: Clear and professional interaction       
• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in (Brand) documentation and (Brand) reporting
• Collaboration: Working efficiently with project managers and team members
• Accuracy Driven: providing correct and detailed  information towards the stakeholders
• Time Management: self-sufficiency and effectively communicates any potential time constraints in a timely manner.

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
