TasksTasks
- Provide support for Fit-to-Template analysis as needed
- Configure and enhance the S/4HANA template to align with organizational structures
- Adapt the S/4HANA template to meet legal and local requirements according to the rollout plan
- Conduct functional testing of template processes and newly implemented functionalities
- Identify and report deviations from the Global Template to the program board
- Document and communicate gaps or findings from rollout locations to the program board
- Collaborate with other workstreams to ensure process alignment
- Develop solution proposals for process deviations and identified gaps
- Update blueprint deliverables as required
- Maintain documentation of agreed-upon processes
- Perform testing on newly implemented functionalities
- Adjust workshop plans based on outcomes and findings
QualificationsQualifications
- Proven experience in multiple end-to-end projects within a similar role or domain
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great attention to details and organizational abilities
- SAP Material Management (MM) and Warehouse Management (WM) process knowledge and customising experience
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver workshops and training sessions to customers

- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time ( 40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited

- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
- Other: a valid work permit
