HR Analytics Expert - Consultant (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about HR data, reporting and analytics? Do you want to turn numbers into insights, structure and optimize          reports, and contribute to data-driven decision-making? Join our small, dedicated HR Analytics team working for MHP Germany, where you’ll collaborate closely with HR and business leaders. 

• Focus on operational HR analytics—structuring, filtering, and optimizing existing HR reports
• Maintain and update HR dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for HR and business stakeholders
• Work closely with HR teams and business units to ensure high data accuracy and efficiency in reporting
• Support the implementation of SuccessFactors and other HR IT systems as needed

• Around 2 years of experience in HR analytics, controlling, or a related field
• Excellent Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization)
• A structured, detail-oriented way of working and the ability to analyze and present HR data effectively
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SuccessFactors)
• C1 English proficiency; German is nice to have

•  Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
