Presentation Designer - Junior Consultant (f/m/d)

• Design and deliver visually engaging PowerPoint presentations enriched with professional graphics, charts, and storytelling elements  
• Create innovative designs for process workflows, organizational charts, tables, roadmaps, and lists to communicate complex ideas effectively 
• Optimize on-brand PowerPoint templates to accommodate diverse metadata and business requirements 
• Work closely with internal sales teams and consultants to produce high-quality deliverables that meet sales objectives 
• Support stakeholders by providing guidance on visual storytelling and ensuring a cohesive narrative ("red thread") across materials
• Uphold and adhere to corporate branding guidelines to maintain a consistent and professional look across all design projects 
• Ensure all deliverables align with the company’s visual identity standards
• Contribute to a variety of projects, supporting knowledge-sharing initiatives and team goals

• Relevant degree in fields such as Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related design discipline 
• Good knowledge of MS PowerPoint presentation tool 
• Having a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well-balanced visuals  
• Ability to work with short deadlines and handle a wide range of projects at the same time 
• A basic understanding of design concepts, graphics technicalities 
• Eagerness to learn and adapt, with a strong drive for personal and professional development  
• Drive to innovate by combining technology and creativity 

Things to know before departure: 

• Start: by arrangement -  always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting 
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken English (C1)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
